🌈How do I place my order?

  • Browse your favorite kawaii product. Select the product you like and click “ADD TO CART” or “BUY WITH PAYPAL
  • Once you are ready, use either Express checkout (ShopPay, PayPal or Google Pay) or fill out your Contact Information, as shown in the picture below:

  • Once you fill out your information, click Continue to Shipping
  • Verify your shipping and contact information, and select your shipping method. Once that is done, click Continue to Payment
  • Fill in your payment information and billing address. We accept Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and more. After all the information is filled out and verified correct, click Pay now.

  • Once we receive your order it will take us a few days to get your package ready and then you will receive a shipping Email with a Tracking code telling you your order has been shipped. You can check your order here.
  • Some items may be sent separately so you may receive more than one tracking code. 
  • Have fun unboxing your box of kawaiiness

🌈When will I receive my order?

Standard shipping will typically take 5 - 20 business days due to COVID-19 reduced transportation capacity. Our team is working 24/7 to get your orders to you as soon as possible. All orders will be processed and fulfilled within 24-48 hours.

 

🌈How can I track my orders?

As soon as you place the order, we will send you an email confirmation. As soon as we process your order, we will email you your tracking number within 48 hours after you placed your order. You can check your order here once you receive your tracking number.

🌈What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with our products. If the item is not as described, we are happy to refund you the full amount with the returned product. Please email support@mykawaiispace.com for customer service with your order number from the email you made the order with including photos if necessary and description of your problem and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as we can. 

 

🌈Where is it shipped from?

We are based in New York, United States. However, we have warehouses located all around the globe in the United States, Japan, China, Hong Kong etc.
